Haliburton Art & Craft Festival July 26-28

Looking forward to being part of the Haliburton Art and Craft Festival once again July 26-28. It's in a lovely park setting at Head Lake.  Haliburton is a great location for this Festival, being the home of Fleming College's Haliburton School of Art and Design.

613flea on Saturday!

It's another 613flea day on Saturday and you will find me there with lots of berry bowls, vases, butter pots, mugs, goblets, serving bowls, etc.  Check it out if you're in the area!

Annual Studio Sale this Saturday

I'm doing a deep clean in the studio and will be opening the doors to my backyard studio (& setting up a tent) for this annual sale.  There will be a wide range of colourful, functional pottery available, as well as lots of seconds that will be priced to sell!

These serving dishes are a few of the seconds available.  Small imperfections in the glaze, but both still functional.

The New Art Festival June 8 & 9

Looking forward to a summery week-end in Central Park!  Below are a few of the new pots I'll be bringing with me.

Mugs & covered casserole in some new white/grey combos I've been trying out.

The pasta bowls are available in yellow, blue and white/grey too.  They're great for a meal in a bowl...not just pasta!

I haven't made this type of butter dish for awhile, but made a few extra for a special order.

The Happening Artspark

Well, The Happenning Artspark happened on Saturday--a cool but rain-free day. Yay!  Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed all the arts activities, and for picking up some pottery!

Guelph Potters Market next week!

Looking forward to joining the Potters Market gang once again.  I hear that there will be over 70 potters from throughout the province and beyond setting up their wares in Royal City Park.  This market has become a great showcase of  the wide variety of work that is being created from clay.  Not to be missed if you're a pottery lover in the area!

Thanks for coming to the NAC Mothers Day Market!

It was a beautiful day for the Mothers Day Market, in a gorgeous setting--the Atrium of the National Arts Centre in downtown Ottawa.  Rumour has it that there may be a Christmas market in the same location....stay tuned!
